We first listed with Attree’s before Xmas & Mike took over the listing when he returned from holiday. After a couple of home opens & good feedback, Covid-19 hit. The crop of eligible buyers reduced dramatically, but Mike still kept pushing hard. He always communicated well & after a couple of near misses, eventually we got a fair price from qualified buyers & recently moved into our new home, involving a chain of four.
