This was our 2nd time with Andy and Bec. Right from the start Andy guided us with his knowledge in the area and market expectation. Would have the discussion with us when not feeling that we were going in the wrong direction. Once we listened to his wisdom we were on track. With only 5 weeks on market we were sold. We had a lot of double viewings. The communication was always again there and no problems at all. Totally recommend Andy and Bec for anyone who is selling or buying. Brilliant!
