Michael was very thorough in explaining the O&A and the annexures to us. He was there helping us to check all utilities were in working condition during final inspection; even requested the sellers had the heater turned on just to check it work despite the weather was 40 degrees that day. All in all, it’s a very pleasant experience in dealing with Michael. Couldn’t fault him. Thank you, Michael!
