Gareth was punctual and did a good presentation; however, he does as he wishes and he does not always respect your requests and rights. We wanted to use Openn platform and make the rankings visible to both us and buyers which he promised to do so; however, he made everything hidden on the Openn and in result the buyers were not aware of the other’s offers. We did not find him trustworthy and reliable at all. It was a very stressful experience with Gareth from the beginning.
