I’ve dealt with Andy + Bec twice this year. 1st time was my investment property with an existing tenant_which is hard. Not only did he sell it quickly, but achieved more than the asking price_which I was amazed at. 2nd time this year I dealt with Andy + Bec was to sell my Primary property. Because of their extensive network they actually got me an offer, much, much, more than the asking price within THREE HOURS of the property hitting the internet. Not even a need for house open.
