Gemma Worboys

Gemma began her real estate journey in 2022, starting in reception before quickly progressing into Property Management, where she became a qualified Property Manager in 2024. With a background in customer service dating back to 2015, including experience within local government, she brings strong skills in communication, workflow coordination and maintenance management. Since transitioning into Property Management, Gemma has gained hands-on experience across all aspects of portfolio management, including inspections, client onboarding, maintenance coordination and account management. She is known for her proactive communication, attention to detail and commitment to building long-term relationships while delivering consistent, reliable service to her clients.

Gemma is proud to have been recognised as a top 10 Property Manager nationally in her previous company and to have contributed to her office achieving top tier recognition in Western Australia.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys staying active through the gym and her local netball club, where she both plays and coaches. She also values time with family and friends, enjoys reading, exploring new places and following AFL, proudly supporting the Sydney Swans.
