Kevin and Melanie Attree

Kevin and Melanie Attree are the founding force behind Attree Real Estate, building the business from the ground up after successful individual careers in the industry.

Kevin earned his real estate licence in 1999 following his earlier career as a police officer, and Melanie qualified in 2001 before joining him at Roy Weston, where they quickly became one of the agency’s top-performing teams. As a result, they were inducted into the Roy Weston Hall of Fame.

Their outstanding achievements included multiple industry awards for achieving numerous highest selling prices within their precinct, and a reputation for exceptional service and unwavering dedication. In 2007 they opened Attree Real Estate, and under their leadership the agency rapidly became the number one sales office south of the river.

Throughout their careers they were recognised as five-time REIWA Grandmasters and consistently ranked among the state’s top agents, setting the standard for excellence within the industry. Melanie is often sought after for her expertise in presenting , marketing and styling advice prior to homes going on sale.

Kevin and Mel are proud to support numerous community and sporting groups in their neighbourhood, including being major sponsors of the Thornlie Cricket Club for over 15 years.

Outside of real estate, they are incredibly proud of their family - their two daughters, Chloe and Leah, their three grandsons and their beautiful new granddaughter.
