From our initial offer until after settlement, Marcus provided my partner and I with outstanding guidance ensuring that any stressful situations were avoided and that the process ran smoothly. The bank we were mortgaging with were very slow with approving our finance, eventually leading to a delayed settlement date. Marcus helped us manage this situation and got us a pre-settlement move in date - managing both our expectations and the sellers. Couldn't recommend Marcus enough.
