With over 15 years of real estate experience following a previous 20-year career in corporate recruitment and training, Melanie brings a wealth of interpersonal and organisational expertise to her role as Asset Manager.

Her transition from placing candidates into their ideal roles to helping families find their homes has been a natural fit, and she prides herself on her communication, care, and commitment to supporting clients with professionalism and warmth. Melanie is valued for her reliability and for the strong relationships she builds with both owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending weekends with her family, watching her grandkids play sport, and travelling on mini caravanning holidays with her husband and friends.
