PK - Prasanna Kumar

With 11 years in real estate and more than $100 million in residential property sales, Prasanna (PK) brings extensive sales, leadership, recruitment and coaching experience to Attree. PK has a deep passion for helping people and building strong relationships, which has led to an estimated 80% of his business coming from repeat clients and referrals.

Today, PK draws on his own experience of building a successful real estate career to coach, develop and support agents, helping them create sustainable businesses and realise their potential. He is proud to be part of the Attree family and passionate about what the team can achieve together.

Away from real estate, PK is a devoted family man, lifelong Liverpool supporter and guitarist of more than 30 years. He loves teaching guitar, creating music and coaching junior football. He enjoys spending his downtime immersed in the three things that mean the most to him - family, music and football.
