Why Rent With Attree?

Home > Renting > Why Rent With Attree?

Attree Real Estate is the largest property management office in the local area, with well over 300 million dollars and around 700 happy clients currently under management.

We have an expert team of 6 senior property managers with specialized leasing and trust account departments.

My role within the business is to meet all new prospective landlords, as a Director of the company it is important that all of our owners know at any time, should they feel the need, you have a direct line straight to an owner of the business.

Some important points to consider –

  • Our property condition reports are conducted by a professional property condition report company , we believe this is one of the most important reports conducted by an agency.
  • Our properties are advertised as a ‘premiere property’ on realestate.com – the state’s biggest web portal.
  • All our inspections are conducted on Ipad mini’s , you are provided not only a written report but also one with images to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress of your home.
  • Specialized leasing department – Attree Real Estate spend countless hours ensuring we obtain the correct tenant , our leasing departments sole focus is working through this process in consultation with our owners
  • We use the Inspect Real Estate system, this focus on the leasing aspect of the business and ensures owners are kept well informed on the status of their home and is enabling us to rent properties quicker , time is money.

A very important stat we are proud of , a month consisted of –

  • 225 Rental Home Opens
  • 101 Applications
  • 42 Leased Homes

In this market, it’s important to ask , will any other agent be capable of matching these numbers?

We conduct home opens on week nights and Saturdays , time is money if I can lease your home 1 week quicker  than my competitor I’m saving you around 2-3% on management fees equivalent.

I also have a property management information group, keep up to date with the local trends and any changes within the industry. Click here to join - PM Facebook Group
