Greenlea Estate – Parklands Update!!.

Busy Start at Greenlea Estate & The Park is Underway!

It has been a busy few weeks since launching of Stage 1A – The Butterleaf Release, with 7 blocks contracted and other lots in negotiations.

We are also please to provide an update on the brand new parklands, irrigation work has commenced in preparation for the grassed play area. The swing set has been purchased and will be installed in due course.

Avon Estates are also in the early stages of preparing for the next stage which will involve clearing the bushland across the road from the sales office, bringing further enhancements to the estate.
